We have installed a 60 ft. wind turbine. It is the second turbine in West Michigan of this size. It is now supplying most of our electrical needs for the farm to help the "go green" planet and the farms electric bill. We want community wind on all Michigan farms especially ours and yours. If you want to prevent consumers energy from charging us 17 cents a kilowatt we need investors to install large wind turbines like they have in Iowa, California, Minnesota, Illinois, Indiana and our start here in Michigan.
We are collaborating with our University partners on other projects such as additional electrical power generation using more and larger wind turbines and solar power. In addition to working on a Bio-dynamic farming project which is a premier organic method of growing produce. This is a method steeped in ancient Mayan and Incan history but can have a great relevance when combined with today's organic farming techniques.
